Most wanted celebrity body-parts

Take Catherine Zeta-Jones's smiling face, add Geri Halliwell's or Britney Spears's pancake-flat stomachs then pin Jennifer Lopez's bottom on top of Kylie Minogue's legs and the result might be the perfect woman.

That's the conclusion of a new survey which asked British women which celebrity body-part they most covet for themselves.

Although Kylie's ubiquitous derrière topped the poll with a whopping 44 per cent of the vote, the remaining votes were quite evenly split between some of the world's most famous female forms.

Geri Halliwell's stomach beat Britney's into second place, while Jennifer Lopez's behind - once the world's most famous bum - came in fourth. Kylie's legs took fifth spot, and although Catherine Zeta-Jones only polled two per cent, her sparkling smile won her the highest-placed celebrity face - giving Michael Douglas' Welsh wife a legitimate claim to being Britain's most beautiful woman.

Other notable winners in the survey, which was carried out by the women's weekly magazine Best, include 53-year-old Lulu, who carried off the title of favourite celebrity haircut. Her ruffled coiffure beat off Jennifer Aniston's classic American style, as well as more homely haircuts sported by British stars Davina McCall, EastEnders' Letitia Dean and Victoria Beckham.

Mr and Mrs Beckham's newborn baby, Romeo, will doubtless be delighted to hear that Best readers voted his parents the world's most attractive celebrity couple, ahead of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas, and Guy Ritchie and Madonna. In addition, Romeo's dad was named best-groomed male, while his mum came third in the most glamorous female category.

Chris Evans and his young wife Bille Piper were named the worst-looking celebrity couple ahead of Richard and Judy, Jonathan Ross and wife Jane Goldman, Neil and Christine Hamilton and Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles. Evans was also the least glamorous celebrity.
