There is something for everyone at Open House London. The annual architecture showcase, which gives members of the public the chance to visit hundreds of buildings and places that are usually off-limits, is back for 2013 with a number of exciting new additions.

Historic and modern architectural gems, commercial spaces and government offices are among the 800-plus buildings opening their doors.

“It’s a bit like a mystery tour,” says Open House London director Victoria Thornton. “My advice is don’t rush around, go and see one building you’re really curious about and there will be others nearby you’ve probably never heard of that will surprise you.”

What are you waiting for? See you in the queues.
