Pop star Katy Perry is selling her estate in the Hollywood Hills. The Chained to the Rhythm singer has two houses on the four-acre site and is looking for a buyer who will take both for £11.4 million.

In Runyon Canyon Park in the Santa Monica mountains, a favourite hiking spot for A-listers keeping in shape, Perry bought the properties in 2013 for £8.6 million.

The smaller of the two, a modern-look home, was formerly owned by the parents of acting siblings Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal and then by Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg.

The larger Mediterranean-style house used to belong to Walmart heiress Sybil Robson.

Perry moved into a former convent in Los Feliz, also in the Santa Monica mountains, in March after a legal battle with nuns who wanted to sell to a restaurateur. She also spent £14.5 million on a 5,400sq ft house in Beverly Hills.
