A row of run-down garages has been transformed into a private road of 10 gated mansions worth £120 million in St John's Wood in north-west London.

The four- and five-bedroom townhouses on the newly-formed Hamilton Drive start from £10.75 million pounds.

Owners have access to concierge and five-star hotel-style services provided by Harrods, who can organise helicopter and private jet charter.

Each property comes with a grand five-storey helical staircase and a roof skylight in the entrance hall - plus a private passenger lift for those that can't quite manage all those steps.

There is a private gym for those that want to keep fit and an elaborate private cinema room.

With an open-plan kitchen and dining room, plus a large drawing room which spans the entire width of the front façade, there is plenty of space for entertaining - and all bedrooms are en-suite for overnight guests.

Half of the properties have already been sold, with a combined value of £65 million.

The design of the luxury properties has an impressive team behind them, with master planning by award-winning Professor Robert Adam of ADAM Architecture and development by Dwyer Property.

The gardens have been designed by Chelsea Gold Award winner Christopher Bradley-Hole and Britta von Schoennaich and the show-home interior design by Natalia Miyar Atelier.

There are two dressed properties available for viewing and purchase. House No.7 is priced at £12.5 million. House No.1 is priced at £10.75 million. For further viewing and sales information for Hamilton Drive contact joint sole agents: Aston Chase, Savills, Knight Frank.
